According to the seat's designers (Michele Cazzaniga, Simone Mandelli & Antonio Pagliarulo, CMP design studio), the idea behind Panarea has its roots in the Mediterranean coastline, the colors and the refreshing breeze of an outdoor dinner on a terrace overlooking the sea. A lounge armchair with a traditional polypropylene cord element handmade in Italy that wraps around a Ø 20 mm steel tube frame. Seat cushion in polyurethane foam, which leaves a cool feeling, covered with fabric made from the same yarn used of the woven element.
