In case that an item isn’t included in our eshop, please send us an inquiry with the item code and the requested quantity in [email protected] and we’ll be back soon.

If you are a professional or a merchant and you are interested in wholesale purchases, fill in the form here and we will contact you for wholesale access on our website.

What does the attribute "package" in product details mean?

It means that the product is sold in a specific number of pieces. For example, there are some chairs which are sold in packages of four (4). In case you wish for a different number of pieces than the one indicated in the "package" attribute, you may contact us to find out how we can satisfy you.

2. Payment at the store:
By selecting Payment at the store, you have the opportunity to pay for your order in cash or by card. On credit cards there is the possibility for up to 3 interest-free installments. Payment is made by confirming the order.

3. Cash on delivery (within Athens):
Payment in cash upon receipt of the order. Valid for deliveries within Athens. An advance payment may be required in some cases.

What happens with the delivery of my order?

We have the following ways of delivery:

  1. Collection from our store.
  2. Delivery in Athens is handled by our means free of charge
  3. Delivery out of Athens

The transport cost burdens the buyer and the delivery will be made by the forwarder of customer's choice (your partner or a company chosen by us).

*Our company is not involved in agreements between customers and transport companies.

**The transfer of the goods is done at the behest and with the customer's responsibility.

*** Please check upon receipt the condition of the packages during the presence of the carrier and where this is not possible, sign "with reservation", noting any relevant comments (eg torn packaging, etc.)both in the original and in the copied invoice.

In case of problems caused by our company's employees during delivery, contact us before they leave.

How is the order processed?

Any order process requires prior communication concerning product availability, down payment, time of delivery etc

My order arrived but I want to return some products.

Product returns are accepted within 10 days from the invoicing ONLY AFTER THE ACCEPTANCE OF OUR COMPANY. The products must be returned in their original packaging and only after our company's approval. The shipping charges are covered by the customer. In case the transport cost concerns a defective product or a product wrongly sent, it will have to be covered by you and after receipt in our company, as soon as our fault is confirmed, a relevant credit note will be issued.
